need life to seed tank.

hello all, finally got my tank up, I would like to seed it with some life. i could use a few cups of sand from a few peopleS tanks, macro algae ,bristle worms and any other small life forms.

I have a few big bristle worms I got out of my tank a few weeks ago....if you want them Ill bring them sunday to the swap

thank you ludwig, but I dont have a refugium in my tank at the moment. Thats my next project but Ill keep you in mind when Im done.
