Are these pods? (pic)

I found them hiding behind my mag-float cleaner. Are they pods? If so, does anyone know what kind and if they are good or bad?

Thanks

They usually are active at night and folks say to use a red light (as opposed to just the yellow incandescent of a flashlight but i have seen them with that) and you'll spot .. if they are breeding and doing well.. hundreds of litlte critters all over

Can anyone tell if they're bad isopods? Or all iso's bad?

They all look the same to me, the one in the first pic is just bigger than the others.

Many isopods are fine to have. The ones pictured don't look like the predatory sort to me.

They look to be Munnid Isopods. They are good guys. There are only a few malignant idopods. Most notably are the Ciralonid Isopods.
