LPS and sweeper tentacles.
i have a bubble coral, torch coral, frogspawn, and hammer coral in my 80 gallon. all are supposed to have sweeper tentacles and are considered aggressive or semi aggressive corals. the only one that i ever see with its sweepers out is the bubble coral. is this normal or do i just not see them.

It is normal. I just got my torch yesterday and it is a monster. I placed it near some Xenias and it stung the poor xenia... hopefully it gets well.
![]() The tentacles are the sweepers. When they extend, they tend to grab and touch whatever and sting the thing. I don't consider the frogspawn and hammer as bad. The bubble isn't bad either. |
