Powerhead Size and Placement Help
Folks,
I have a 54g corner tank and would really appreciate some advice on size, number of and where to place them in my reef tank. The tank is about 22" in height, with about 3 feet in length on each side. I have 2 Maxijet 600's in the tank now, but wasn't sure if they were sufficient to get the job done. I was thinking 2 Maxijet 1200's, with one in the lower corner and then another in the upper corner pointing towards each other. I thought I would also put one of the 600's in the back of the tank pointing forward to the front. Any advice/suggestions are appreciated! |
