chiller recommendation

Need a new chiller - looking at 1/2 or 1/3 hp - what do you recommend and where is the cheapest place to get it?

walmart...10 inch box fan for $9.73...thats the first purchase i'd take before blowin off a chunk of money on a chiller

already got the cheap fan going in the sump and in the hood but still temp is up

JBJ sells excellent chillers from Korea that they rebrand as JBJ Arcticas.
I just recently bought a 1/3 hp Current USA Prime tower, but I have yet to use it.
