It would more depend on what else is in the tank, what kind of tank setup IE.. FOWLR, FO, Reef. The filtration, water quality, but the tank seems big enough to handle 3 powderblue's.

i have a yello tang, and a couple of clowns at the moment, may add two more yellows and possible three purples, not sure if im pushing it, but im running a large skimmer and a 300 gallon fuge, i've never seen a tank with three powerder blues, even in the lfs, they only have one in a tank at a time. this will be a acro tank with about 800 pds of live rock 400w hallides

Actually at one LRS in upland I saw about 18 Tangs in 500G with multiple same types; 6 PB, 3 Yellow, 3 Hippo, 2 Achilles and 4 Purple T. WOW! it was beautiful and he has raised them from juvenile and they are all OK, no issues, but he has issue with NO3.
