Advice on a skimmer in my fish only tank

I have a 55gal fish only tank right now.. The fish in the tank are

Huma Huma Trigger
Nijer Trigger
Dogface Puffer
Blonde Naso Tang

Snowflake Eel

The fish are pretty small still maybe approx 3" or so..

The tank water is not the best quality so I am looking for a protein skimmer that will do the job.

Suggestions?

Thats an incredibly heavily stocked tank. Most people will (and I tend to agree) say that tangs should never be kept in something smaller than a 75g, and thats only for the small species (yellow tang, etc). A Naso tang can (and probably will) reach 20", not a small tank fish.

Do you have a sump? Few skimmers exist as hang on back. Possible skimmers include an AquaC Remora Pro (with the Mag pump)

No I don't have a sump... I know the tang should be in a bigger tank but it is still small. By the time I move out I will be getting a bigger tank.

I have seen a few hang on skimmers but I am not sure which one to go with.

* I am on a pretty tight budget also *

then i would sell/trade a few of your fish for the safety for the tank to save youe losses.

I had the same tank with a clown trigger and a sunshine wrasse and they were fine.. the water is not cloudy to the point where its horrible just i would like to make the quality even better with a skimmer..

I have had the tank w/ the fish for over a year now .

no harm intended just my honest opinion, seems to be way overstocked especially with out a sump to add more water stability.
