Anyone know about lime green, glow-in-the-dark, algae that stains?
I would love to show a pic but camera isn't working. Anyways, I had this algae that grew on all the seems on my tank. It stopped growing and wiped off BUT now all silicon is stained this horried bright green color.
Snails can't seem to get off the stain either. Anyone know what this is?

the begining of coraline i believe. On all my rocks and stuff, i got the lime green bright algae, and then a while later it turned purple coraline...so idk if they're 2 seperate types of coraline, or if the green is just the begining, but in the end it was all purple.
i've heard that urchins eat coraline, but i woudlnt think it could get n the seems hth mike
