skimmer power head ?

I have a Venturi skimmer - I know a POS - but $$$ is short.
Anyways, it's worked fine but now the powerhead (rio) doesnt seem to be pushing much water (and air). How can I clean the powerhead?

Clean the air intake hose( or replace). You can also just take the pump apart and clean it.
