What kind of eliment should put in the tank to make the fish more colourful?

A good fish food is the key here. This thread talks about a coral food that is also good for fish:

I emphasize the fresh and frozen ingredients, and skip a lot of the dry food.

Agreed, a good balanced diet for the fish will yield the most vibrant colors.
