ID, please?
Anyone know what these are? Hydroids of some kind? Anemones? Better still, anyone know how to get rid of them short of scrubbing? |

Nobody?
They don't seem to sting anything (nobody - fish or corals - seems bothered), and they grow in the direct light and darkness, so I'm guessing they're not photosynthetic... |

They look like hydroids, IMO. I have some too and they never seem to bother anything but me. You can kalk paste them, but may or may not work. I've literally heard of some people taking a blow torch to them.

I guessed aiptasia, too, but they're VERY SMALL. Those round balls in the bottom right corner are caulerpa - about 3mm in diameter.
They don't seem to be photosynthetic - they'll grow on the dark side of rocks, too. |

Not aiptasia. Most likely hydroids or a type of jellyfish in a polyp stage.
