Snail ID

I realize that snail Identifications are hard...But I cannot decide whether or not I think this is a sundial snail. It has the same coloring, but it does not have the same texture. All of the pictures of sundial snails I have seen have more of a raised bumpy look to them where this snail is smooth to the touch and looks the same. I have removed it from the tank just in case it needs to be done away with, but I'd rather not have to kill a snail if hes not a bad guy...

Let me know what you think

Well I'm aware that sundial snails are, my question is, because of the difference in texture, is this that snail or not.

thats a Collonista snail. great algae eaters, they stay small(1/4"), and multiply in the tank.

Hmm I'd still like to see some other opinions...just because I have another collonista snail and its lighter in color and its stripes go straight acrosst its back instead of getting a bit checkered like this snail is.
