How large are T-5 individual reflectors

I am trying to figure out how many T-5's I can fit into a canopy and was wondering is anyone knew how much space a single T-5 bulb w/ reflector and endcaps take. Probably using 24" but maybe 36"

I am planning on doing retro T-5's with DE halides.

you need 2.5" of room for each bulb.

some are 2.5 inches some are 3", and some are a little over 2"

which reflectors are you thinking of?

Tek I believe. These are the best, right?

How much length do the endcaps add to each bulb?

I have both tek and icecap reflectors. They are both 2.5".

The Ice Cap are the best. You need 2 1/2" per lamp just to have room for the good endcaps.

even with my aqualux reflectors which are 3" wide each, the nice waterproof stucci endcaps dont have much room in between them. i wish other companies would make more t5 stuff, including reflectors. i know eventually it will happen, but it seems we lag many months behind the europeans in this regard. t5s are proven to be popyular here, we dont need to rely on the eurpoeans anymore
