Question Is my Brain Coral pooping?! (pic included)

Do Brain Corals poop or is this something else?!

im not an expert about open brains, but if it's like an anemone, it is pooping in a sence, when it eats it takes all nutrients from food that it needs then expells it out its mouth when no longer serving value to it.

your trachyphyllia is simply purging itself of excess zooxanthellae
normal occurence and nothing to worry about, just shows it is healthy and that you have been feeding it

yea it is expelling waste, so dont worry. as long as it inflates afterward it is all good. but if it dosnt inflate after say 2-3 days cheack the water. and the water might have some nitrates streesing it.

Yep, looks like zooxanthellae rather than "waste" to me.
