24 gallon start up question

I'm going to be starting a nano 24g tank soon.
question....If I start up the tank with live rock, live sand and change 10% water weekly, do I/ should I have to cure/cycle the tank before stocking it?

Is this live rock and sand you have have in another tank currently? If so I wouldn't expect a full cycle. You may have some algae bloom. I would still water test regularly and watch and see.

If its rock just shipped, you will have a cycle. The rock will have die off.

I would tend to agree in general with Titans, Monitor your levels closely either way.
