Merulina - very easy to take care of - under the right conditions should become brighter

I'm going with Hydnophora. Do Merulinas branch like that?

You can usually see distinct polyps on hydnophora - for sure merulina

Polyps are not always out on Hydnophoras.

Do Merulinas branch like that?

Hydnos have more pointed tips - the rounded tips indicate merulina - they plate then develop columnar formations, If it was a hydno and the polyps were contracted, it would be way brighter

That will be fine for either species (even though it is a merulina )

I'm leaning towards Merulina, but it could be Hydnophora.

Merulina ampliata

Merulina scabricula

Hydnophora bonsai

Hydnophora rigida

Merulina. I have one in my reef and it looks exactly like that only bigger.

It is very close to first pic ,but color is not the same. Is there no silia or polips on this sps?

Color isn't a determining factor of a coral's identification. The polyp is the fleshy tissue that is inside of the coralite. Unless it's present on a microscopic level, there is no cillia on a coral polyp.

My hydnophora looked just like that, only much larger, when I got it. It was bright green and stayed looking like that for months. I recently moved and reset up my tank. Now he looks like this:
