Question Need Suggestions

I am in the process of converting my 29 gallon reef aquarium into a 65 gallon reef. The 29 gallon will be used for my sump underneath the tank. The lighting I have for the 29 is at about 3-4 watts per gallon. I am thinking I will need more to maintain the corals in the new tank. Any ideas on good and cost effective ways I can do this? Thanks!
