ENough flow?

woudl you think a SEI0 M620 and a maxijet 900 is enough for a normal 55g tank

I enjoy a lot of flow in my tanks. I would go for more as long as the corals and livestock aren't being blown around. Is what you have enough? Most likely, but you can always add more.
