Re: Angelfish

Hi Everyone!!
I am wanting to find out from you expert reefers if I can have a Majestic Angel (Adult) and 2 juvenile angel fish, One being Emperor Angel and the other Blue faced Angel fish. Also if you could advise what corals they will take out if any. Thank you everybody!!!

Kindest Regards
Kim

What size tank?
Usually with the angel compatiablity the size of the tank is a determinating factor another thing is the timing of placement within the tank. I knew there are a couple RC members who have dwarf angels x2 mixed with the Bigger angels...In bigger tanks

Its funny you asked that cause i'm trying to do the same thing in my 150 high...Which is add a dwarf with a Emperor Angel.

Hey, I cant really help with the compatability but I just wanted to say I have a medium size adult majestic angel in my reef and he doesnt bother any coral. He has nipped a clam, but then left it alone. The only thing he ate were the mini-feather dusters on my live rock (doesnt bother full-size ones).

I think if you have a large enough tank, the angels should get along.

I remember when zoanthids were called things like "green" and "orange" and not "reverse gorilla nipple."

Current Tank Info: 180g reef with all the bells and whistles

I would say given enough time, those angels will start to decimate each other. As they grow, they will all try to become king of the tank, ...
