2 MH in one reflector question

is this a problem?I was thinking about running 250w 10k bulbs + adding 175w 20k bulbs mixed into the same spider light reflectors end to end.20k taking the place of my VHO. will there be a problem firing the 2nd set of halides a few hours later?
Ive read in some older threads that the first set running would make the 2nd set of bulbs to hot to fire.but i thought when flicking metal halides off when hot it was the ballast that needed time to cool not the bulbs. Can bulbs get to hot to fire with cool ballast?

I have the longer spider reflectors and my tank is 120g aga 4ft long.with the bulbs mounted end to end that would cover the entire space before the center brace. But also i think i would have color banding issues. Not sure tho
