Total newb question about feeding...

I bought Ocean Nutrition formula one tabs to add some variety to my fishes diet. How do you feed them this stuff? I put it in a cup with some tank water to thaw out, just like I do with Mysis and such. But it just stays like 'gummed' up together, unlike shrimp. There are no directions on the carton, so how do I feed this stuff?

I just chop it up and crush it, then throw it into the tank.

Sounds like a PITA. I'll feed this on Sundays when I have time to prepare it.

You have to squeeze it when it thaws. It has a gelatin substance in it and doesn't like to break up so easily, butonce thawed you can squeeze it and it will break up in the water.
