What the heck?!?

Allright. I bought an anemone to offcially turn my well equiped established FOWLR into a reef. It's a Condylactis, which I know isn't the best choice but they are cheap, and I figure there is going to be a learning curve with this sort of thing.

Fast forward to yesterday. After feeding, my very friendly domino damsel takes notice to the condy. After lights out I was watching them continue to flirt.

Today the lights are on and it's official. They have hooked up.

Is it normal for a domino damsel to host in a condy (or should I say normal for a condy to host a damsel)?

I think the damsel is ashamed of his new live-in friend though because he scatters the moment the camera comes out...

I know that Clownfish are part of the Damsel family, but I think your Damsel is taking it to far.

I believe Damsels in genereal may or may not host with whatever, so that's not so unusual. but hosting in a Condy? I don't think I've heard of anything hosting in one of those yet. I think the condys come from the wrong ocean for that sort of behavior.

It's not all that uncommon. A few of the damsels can do it, although obviously not as common as a clown. If I recall, the domino is the most likely.
