chemistry results after 2 weeks cycling

I put 2 raw fresh shrimp in tank on tuesday because there was no spike in new tank. I tested water today and here is results:

NH3/NH4 0.50
NO3 20
NO2 0.25
PH 8.4
SPG 1.020
TEMP 78.0

Please help me out and let me know what to do now?

I would take out the shrimp and discard them. There's no need for an ammonia spike, assuming the tank has live rock.

That SG is very low. I target about 1.027-1.027, which is about the canonical average natural waters. This article covers all the parameters:

I do have live rock which was cured and I think that is why I have never had any spike until I put the shrimp in there. Should I do a water change? Should I hook up protein skimmer?

I would get the protein skimmer running and probably do a 20% water change.
