prizm pro problems!! help plz

hi every one i just got a used protien skimmer which i bought from my LFS. it was only $50 first off was that a good deal? now to the important question does any one know how to use the damn thing cuz its kicking my butt i started to flood the house!!!! ^_^ that was not appreciated by my family members. can any one tell me some directions or point me to a website that will tell me instructions. if no one knows than i will simply go to my LFS and sit down with a starbucks open up a new skimmer and simply read the instructions. i would like this to be the last resort.^_^
