Is there anything special about a yellow carnation coral?
Huh? Anything? Hard to find?

Carnations are completely heterotrophic, therefore they need all of their nutrition from nutrients in the water column. It is pretty difficult from what I understand to keep these nutrient levels up in out tanks enough to keep these guys happy.
Never had any personal experience, just going off of what others have said. Beautiful corals though.. I have seen yellow carnations before, but the orange and pink seem to be more common. HTH
