Green Carpet Anemone is dying

I have had a green anemone in my tank for a few months. He was fine stayed in one place for the longest time. Last week he started to move around. his base is starting the shrivel up and hes not opening. Salinity is fine had my water tested nothing wrong. I have a 55g tank with 250 watt PC lighting. Can someone help what should I do

not enough light. also how old is your tank? most of these animals need established tanks.

You don't need Halide's for all carpets. Many are fine with pc's.
