Question Water Flow Question

Would it be a good idea to change the diection of flow from my returns, and of the power heads every other week or so?

Sure you can, but unplug the PH before you do.

I have the flow rate figured at 1153 GPH, taking into account the 4' lift for the return pump and 90* turns in the piping. This is in a 125 AGA. Power heads are on the list of "Things to get", really not sure what I will get yet.

ya you're way low on flow right now. You're just under 10 times turnover per hour. I'd say at least double that and you'll be good. So just get a few/couple bigger powerheads that add up to what you got right now at the very least, but more is better.
