wormy things sticking out of tubes on my LR

What are these things? They are very minut white worms that stick out of tiny little tubes. There seem to be more then a week ago.

Are they safe for my tank?

Probably vermetid snails or speghetti worms. But the speghettis ususally live in the sand. Both are fine, but the vermetids can be a prolific breeder and a nuissance.
