ah, dang lol. In that case i got no clue. Well i could tell you a million things that its NOT, thats for sure...but thats all. I was thinking that you were talkin about the white thing kinda above and to the left of it...the white circle/oval witrh the brown dot..if that were it, i'd say its one of those limpet things...(is that what they're called? i think so..)

Im clueless too. It is about 2" long and kinda wierd.
I thought it might be a peanut worm, but I have no clue! (the white with brown circle you are talking about is actually the live rock where it was broken off. Sorry the pics are blurry, this camera really sucks)

Maybe a shot of the end of it? Try putting a magnifying glass in front of your lens to see if you can clear it up a little.

It's out all the time... I think It is dead but i am waiting for it to start decomping to be sure. Its about 2.5 inches, somewhat transparent so that I can see its guts or something... the color in that pic is correct, whitish and brown. I think its a dead peanut. Unless peanuts dont move around or do anything when they are alive

They're usually highly reactive.
But---anything that hasn't decomped within a few hours in a salt tank is probably alive. Other possibilities are medusa worm [rarer] and some sort of lower sessile lifeform, on the level of [but not] a tunicate.
