Aqualight Pro Retro?

I was wondering the 48' retro has 150w bulbs, is it possible to swap them out and put in 250w bulbs? If i was to get ballests that will run them? Does anyone do this? Or is it possible to do with a 175w bulb? Just interested if anyone has done this.
