Sump Design for 210

I'm having a custom built sump for my new 210 system. One of the things I am planning on doing is to have a custom sump built by either NewWave Acrylic in Charlotte NC or Aquarium Specialty. Both require a detailed drawing of the sump. Below is what I have come up with, if possible would one of you math majors check my measurements. The sump is being built out of 3/8" acrylic.

Water will enter from the side and flow down though a bottom plate into the sump

Feedback or comments welcome
