Need a hand with VHO bulb choice
Heya!
I have PFO 48" 4X110W VHO fixture The bulbs are about a year old, I would like to run the system covered for the winter to minimize evaporation to cut back on electrical bill so I want to change the bulbs. What I have is Super Actinic, 50/50, Actinic White, Aquasun in there now, I would like to achieve ballance between color and growth, its a prop system so the lights are very close to the water and the water depth is only 4" Coral are gonna be zoas, shrooms and ricordeas, leathers and GSP and some random stuff What bulbs should I go with? Thanx!

In my deep tank i have 2 actinic and 2 50/50. Its a little too blue though, I'm thinking about going with 2 actinic in the middle and 2 daylight on the ends. I figure all the coral is in the middle pretty much and the fish swim around it.

What size tank? Can't be the 30g in your sig can it?
The Actinic White is also a 50/50 bulb. I would go with two Super Actinics, one Actinic White and One Aquasun Dan
