Unhappy Puffer fish stopped eating

I have a stripped line puffer fish that I have had for about 3 years. He is in with a Picasso Trigger Fish in a 105 gallon tank. The last 4 days he has not ate. He stays in his corner, but I can't tell anything is wrong. Looks like he may be losing some weight, otherwise I see nothing wrong. I feed them Formula 2, Silversides and raw shrimp. He has always eaten well. I haven't changed anything in the aquarium. Does anyone have any ideas on how to encourage his appetite?

Have you tried live food?

He could have an internal parasite which can be treated with metronidazole.
