New tank test results
I started my tank on 10-02-06. 75 gal/10gal sump/20 lbs LS/20 lbs crushed coral/20LR/had wet-dry system(removed 10-14-06) here are a few of my test results can you tell me what it means.What to do next(partial water change) what %.What to do to get PH back up
10-14 AM-.25 Rite-5.0 Rate-0 PH-8.4 10-15-06 removed wet/dry added sump AM-0 Rite-.25 Rate-10 PH- 8.4 10-16-06 AM-0 Rite-1.0 Rate-20 PH-8.1 Today AM-0 Rite-1.0 Rate-20 PH-8.0 Last edited by loves saltwater; 10/17/2006 at 03:50 PM. |

There is some stuff called PH-Rite I think, it keeps it at 8.2 maybe someone that knows more about it will chime in. I see you have no live rock, you might have another spike when you add that so you might want to add some.

I added 20 LBS of LR on 10-16-06 and I was thinking this is what is happening with the test results above just want to see what others thought

add stuff slowly and test often, buffers are a big help but use wisely
