Too many micro bubbles in the AquaC Remora Protein Skimmer with Maxi-Jet 1200 Pump

I just installed and ran the AquaC Remora Protein Skimmer with Maxi-Jet 1200 Pump for the first time and saw so many micro bubbles in the tank. It is also noisy.

Is this normal in the first few days of use? How long before the micro bubbles completely disappear? How long before the noise disappear?

Noise - good luck on that! What I did was take a thick papertowel and fold it up till it would fit over the injection area. That solved all the noise.

As as micro-bubbles that will slow down but mine still produces some. I put filter floss over the outlet to remedy that but still some make it thru.
