Button Polyps??
Hi everyone! I've been lurking around here for a while, but this is my first post! Yay!
I inherited a 75 gal FOWLR back in August. Never kept SW before... wanted to but didn't have the $$ for it yet. Well, this one was given to me for nothing but the promise to take good care of it. Needless to say, I've been doing TONS of reading and most of it on RC. I must say, it sure is a great site! Anyway, on to the point... Just wondering if these things I have growing all over my live rock are button polyps or what. Can someone positively ID them for me, please? Thanks much! ~Laurie Oh, and yes, I did notice the bubble algae in the upper left corner and have since removed it! |

Look kind of like palys to me, but I'm not positive.
Welcome to the forum though!

To Reef Central They do look like zoanthids to me, but it's hard to be sure.
