Need help w/ timer, and suggestions for lights on the timer!!

Hello all, I have one of these Coralife digital timers, and I need to know how I should arrange my lighting w/ it. I have two cords to my t5, one for the 10,000's and one for the blues. Let me know how long they should be on per day, and if they should be on together or if I should make them night and day. Also, if anybody has used this damn thing, please tell me how to set the yellow/blue? Thank you very much!!

Because of the size of my plugs on the Nova Extreme I acutally had to use a seperate power cord to operate my white lights but this is the way that I set mine up. I put my Lunar lights into the blue colored outlet. That way when the timer shuts down my lights the lunar lights then come on. But I don't have the digital Coralife, I just have the single Coralife timer. I hooked my actinic (blue) lights into the yellow colored outlet setup to come on at 9:00 AM and go off at 9:00 PM. Now just like I had said at the beginning, the powercords are too wide to have them plug into the outlets that are right next to each other and on mine you could either plug into the yellow or the blue to have it operate with the timer. So I purchased a seperate GFCI outlet and seperate timer to operate the white lights that come on at 10:00 AM and shut down at 8:00 PM. No algae problems but I use RO/DI water.
