RO filter change

I have been using my ro filter for about 8 months and I am starting to get some readings on my tds meter, I like to keep them at 0
This is the filter I have http://cgi.ebay.com/AQUARIUM-2-110GP...QQcmdZViewItem

I already have di resin but have not change it yet, do i need to changed any of the filters?

You should have changed the prefilter and carbons at 6 months. Always change these every 6 months regardless of use or readings and remember to disinfect the filter housings at the same time to prevent bacterial and virus growth.
Change DI resin when you begin to see consistent readings over say 2 or 3.

I get readings of 1-3 tds and I can turn the di canister filter over and mix the di resin up and it goes back to 0 is that ok?

Thanks for the help!

If it were me I would toss those little horizontal housings and buy a real DI filter. PurelyH2O has an add on kit for less than $40 that will work much better and last much longer.
If not make sure you fill the tubes up completely and pack it tight so the resin does not move. Loose packing causes short circuiting and channeling which allows really poor treatment.
Always use regular unscented bleach to disinfect the housings, vinegar will not do the job, it is not a disinfectant.
