How soon after adding baffles can I start using sump?

As the title says. How soon can I start using my sump after using silicone to install the baffles. Its 24 hours for full cure but can I start using it before that? I used the GE I Window and door. Thanks

I don't know about the GE I silicon, i use aquarium silicone i just waited 48 hours .
