Re-cycle?
In the near future i am going to put everything from my 30 gallon into a 55 gallon tank. When i do this i am going to transfer everything including the water, filter, skimmer etc. Am i going to have to wait for it to cycle again? i would imagine not because i will be bringing the bacteria with the stuff but i figure ill be better off being safe than sorry!

You'd only really have a problem if you had some sponges living in your tank and exposed them to the air, otherwise no real reason to worry...
