not enough info. I'm assuming you are talking about SPS here. Turning white from the bottom up sounds like RTN/STN to me. (Yes, it's dying) Check your phosphate.
RTN/STN and lack of polyp extension indicates that your water conditions are not good. What did you test for and what kits did you use? Listing the parameters would be helpful. Lighting? Flow?

White blotching is known as coral bleaching. There are many factors to SPS corals as to why they are not doing well in your tank. Sometimes your tank could be perfect yet the coral will still die. Check your calcium and alk. Make sure your calcium is between 400-450ppm and alk is above 8dKh. Also check your phosphates and nitrates. Do you have any algea in the tank? If your tests read 0ppm for nitrates and phosphates yet there is algea in the tank, it means that there is phosphates and nitrates in the water column but is undetected by the test kit.

What do you feed your corals?

Well they didnt have a very good start bought them from a guy he sent them what sould have been one day over night shiping it took two days for them to get here.. when they arived they had little orange spots on them and such but now are going totally white.

Yes i have some of the brown crap on the surface of the sand. I use Hagen kit to test water perameters.

I put the corals right in the path of all my flow in the tank which is about 800 gph and 2 600 siegos. I put them at the top of the tank so they have the most light possible.

Last time i checked all perameter are right as you said it.. 400cal 8.1 ph no phosate or nitrates
