What kind of critter to I have???

i have a 29g,that has been set up for about two weeks. All of the water, sand, rock, and my 1 six line wrasse all came from my cousins 125g tank that he had to tear down to move. His tank was up a running for about two years and never had any problems. I don't know what is growing on my rock but some of them look like grains of white rice with little white hairs coming out of the end. I think I saw one swimming or at least moving through the water, but my wrasse ate it before I could really see what it was. Other things that I have looke like little peices of speghetti noodle attached to some of the peices of live rock. They are only about a .25" in length. Both of these things just stay to one particular part of a rock. But they are two seperate rocks on opposite ends of the tank. The only lighting I have as of now is the two bulbs that came with my Eclipse hood when I had it for freshwter. I have that filter in the hood, and 1 powerhead for now. I just did a water change a couple of day ago, all my tests came out fine before and a day after the water change. The temp. in the tank is about 75-77, and the water is crystal clear. I purchase all of my water at the LFS, so I am at a loss. If anyone has any info. or can give be a website where I might be able to find a picture and a solution I would appreciate it.

I looked on melev's site, and they look like the scypha sponge. In melve's pictures, it looked fuzzy though, and mine don't. I will try to take a few pictures today and post them to see if thast will help.

If the other things are feather dusters, then are they just to small to open yet. Or do they get spooked and close back up? I will try to post pictures of these to. This will put my camera skills to the test.HAHAHA
