How can I remove Zoa's from rock?

just peel them off but wear gloves because they are poisonous

I use an exacto knife and try to cut out a small chunk of the live rock under the polyps. You don't need much, better with this method you can use epoxy to adhere them to their new home. I think it is less stressfull the polyps and they rebound much faster

You can also use a flat screwdriver to get under them, scraping up the top layer of rock and coralline. A little bit stronger the exacto, but the same concept. Then, superglue them to a new rock to make frags.
I've also used tweezers to remove individual frags, but that's more work, and potentially more damaging to the polyps
