Tank still not fully cleared
The 75 is still a tab bit foggy. I'm running my DIY skimmer 24/7 and I have a powerfilter in my sump with filter floose in it. My Tunze stream is on durning the day and the tank is still a little cloudy and isn't clearing up for some reason. The skimmer is working and putting nasty skimmate.

I dunno. I haven't done anything differen't to it. Last water change was only a 10% change 5-6 days ago. I'm trying to figure out why it's cloudy.

Will do. I picked up a zoa rock from Phishys today for $10 to see if the Koran is going to bother them or not before I buy more. I'll see what my dads doing this week and see if he can take me up.

If the filter floss isn't taking care of it, it most likely is a bacteria bloom or chemical imbalancement. Have you checked your parameters?

Water levels are checked and fine. Calcium is just low since I haven't been adding as much calcium. Only at 350ppm. I can't run carbon since carbon can be linked to Hille in Angelfish and I have an angel.

Might be a stupid question, but have you put your live rock in the tank yet? I set my tank up two weeks ago with. It's a 44 gallon corner tank and I have live sand for a DSB as well as 60 lbs of live rock.
At first, my tank was very cloudy, could not see two inches into the tank and I had my skimmer running 24/7. I put the Live rock in and it cleared it up almost that same day! Just a suggestion. Craig |

Carbon linked to HILLE? Not trying to be smart, but where did you read that? It's the first time I've read that. Is it only for Regular Angels, or dwarf Angels too? I've had a flame angel for about 3 years and use carbon all the time with no problem.
Do you have a spare mechanical filter that you can throw on for a little while to help clear it up? Is this the powerfilter you mention? Have you been feeding heavily? Dan
