sick queen and imperator angel
Ok I have had this queen angel for 6 weeks....she is in a 400 gallon tank with
2 leopard sharks 1 yellow tang 1 blue hippo tang 1 semi adult imperator angel 1 large yellow banded marroon clown. my water is as follows. ammonia is 0 to 25...usually 0 nitrite is 0 nitrate is 40-80 ( high i know, from the sharks and overfeeding) i am posting pics so anyone please help... when the queen was entered into tank(no qt) she must have stressed my other fish because my hippo imperator and yellow tang all came down with ick....My hippo had had it in the past but not for at least 6 months...my imperator has been moved into hosp tank as he also devoloped blotchy colored skin, and cloudy eye...been treating him with focus and metronidazole and adding zoe to all foods... my queen started getting lymphocystis on her fins but i have researched that and it should clear up with better water and proper nutrition( any suggestions are quite welcome) now her eye is losing pigment above it, now it looks like an infection of some sort on upper portion of eye socket.... please help... thankyou... http://reefcentral.com/gallery/showp...p?photo=191800 |
