Whats a good heater?

hey,

I have a 125 glass tank and need a new heater. I was looking at titanium but am not sure what to go with. It will go in my sump

also, what is a temp controller? What does it do? Should i get one... whats the deal, i mean ive heard about em, but thats it...

I just picked up a Jalil titanium heater it is 800 w. So far no problems.
