Haven't used either one but, don't over look the MRC's, especially with the spray bars.

deltec is by far the highest performing reactor on the market (ok, im sure there are some super industrial models out there that someone is going to post now). Its not uncommon to get dKH readings in the 80s with these things... most others top out at 40-50. I have a korallin and a deltec... the deltec is the bomb!!!

deltec does make super duper industerial reactors and skimmers http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh...readid=900071. LOL With the Deltec Fluidized Reactors, the media is kept constantly moving, so that it is impossible for channeling to occur and the whole of the media is utilized. Most competitors' calcium reactors can only achieve a dKh between 35-40. Through fluidization, Deltec reactors can achieve a dKh in excess of 80, which corresponds to a significantly higher calcium level. go to www.deltecusa.us for more info and exact specs. as far as the mrc spray bars i would think that it would have similer results as spinner bars over time..... go with the deltec it's easy to use low maint. and preforms like a porsch! hth
