210g running, want to add fish, can I add them all at the same time?
210g running and as soon as I fix the skimmer issue I want to transfer my fish from my 90g to the 210g.
can I just add them all at once? 4-5" maroon clown 5-6" humu trigger 5" porc puffer 7-8" stars and stripes puffer |

Add one fish at a time. After adding each fish, check for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate spikes. Once Ammonia and Nitrite are at 0 and Nitrate is at a low level (if not 0) then add another fish.

How long has the tank been cycling? Has it been a month yet and have you been running all the proper test to make sure it's fully stable? For sure I would not add them all at once, that'd just be asking for it. Yea, do what Isaax recommended.

IMO, nitrates in a FO isn't a problem. But you can get an ammonia spike if you add things too fast because the bacteria can't break down the waste or food fast enough.

Tank never cycled since all of the rock was established. Tank has been running 2-3 weeks. Ammonia is at 0. Thoughts?

My thought is even though your tank is already cycled with your live rock, it would be on the safe side to add one fish at a time. Adding livestock will cause a mini cycle since the nitrifying bacteria would need to catch up with every new addition to the tank. After adding each fish, check for Ammonia, and Nitrite spikes. Once Ammonia and Nitrite are back at 0 then add another fish, repeat.
This short and informative article explains the Nitrogen Cycle in a nutshell with a picture that shows the whole process. It should give you an understanding on why you add fish slowly. http://www.fishlore.com/NitrogenCycle.htm |

if your skimmer is rated to overskim your tank (300 gallons and above) then it should be possible to add them all at the same time. (also depending on the LR amount)
but as everyone says it never hurts to be on the safe side, I would add the two largest fish first, test for a week, then add the remaining 2.

I'd start with the clown, then the puffers, then the trigger over a few days time. That way the trigger will be less inclined to attack the others if you add them first and then the trigger last. Four fish in a big tank like that won't create much of any spike at all as long as your live rock is in there and your skimmer is running as it should.

well, since my tank fire I have worked doubletime to get my 210g up and running. I was too late, I noticed some ich on my fish in my 90g. So I am going to take the salinity down to .09 on my 90g and transfer them in a month or so. :O(
