DE HQI problem. bulb acting wierd..
I never had this problem in the 3-4 years I've been using HQI bulbs.
I have this one bulb where it is having trouble starting up. It would flicker and not be able to light up. Sometimes it's fine but it shuts itself off. What could this be? Are the bulbs old already? |
