Question are the lights on the 24g nano cube deluxe good enough for corals

and if so what kind of corals

Those are like 72 watts of pc right? You could keep most softies like shrooms, zoas, gsp, and various polyps without problems I sure.

Most any coral considered low to moderate which includes a few SPS such as montipora species.
